Setup email Microsoft 365 in CRM application Bitrix24

Hello,

We recently changed our emails to Microsoft 365 and we have a problem putting the emails to our CRM application Bitrix24.

We have tried with app password and mfa but no succeed.
Below the answer from Bitrix24 help desk and the error message when we try to setup email.
