I just got a customer which do not like D365 Sales because of performance issues
It is true it takes long (20seconds to load and more) giving a bad taste to the product
By looking into it, I have found out that the db is in overcapacity
- 3.46 utilisé(s) sur 1.02 GB - 238.97 % on excess
Is there a link between capacity issue and underperformance ?

They do not mention that the over capacity of the database affects performance.
And here is another article which sums it all up more thoroughly. But it also makes no mention of Over Capacity.
I suggest that you can improve the performance of your Sales by looking at the other factors that have been mentioned.
