Created a Dynamic Marketing List but I don't have the "Manage Members" button showing...why?

I have created a Dynamic Marketing List and a Static Marketing List. I do see the "Manage Members" button when in the Static Marketing List record, but I do NOT see it when I am in the Dynamic Marketing List record, why is that?

I have system admin access, so I am not sure why it doesn't show. Please help, thank you.

The response did not resolve the issue for me. Is there anyone else still experiencing this issue?

USA80, when you go to create the list do you see the Members fast tab before you save the list:

And then after saving do you see Manage Members in the toolbar:

If it is there, you need to click on that and then create the query that will pull in the records you want (either contacts or leads depending on which you selected when you created the list).
