Duty/Privilege related to Project Invoice proposal

Hi, 

I have created my own security role and added out of the box duties to the role. I have a Maintain and View role for Projects and they consist of the following duties:

Project - Maintain

and i have given access to a test user:

however i am getting this error when trying to open the project invoice proposal screen:

I'm not sure which duty or privilege i am missing. 

Please can you advise.

    Please double check and compare with your settings.
