Modify PO Once Received and Invoiced.

Hello,

Is it possible to modify the PO to add a new line Item once the PO is received and Invoiced? One of my client says their GP allows them to modify the PO and add new line item even the PO is received and Invoiced for the first line item. I am thinking if they have some customization in their GP. Is this possible?

That's what i thought but the version of GP i have doesn't allow me to add a new line item once i received and Invoiced the PO. I am using GP 2015. What version of GP are you using and is there any settings in GP to activate to add new line items even after receiving and Invoicing a PO?

I believe you can do this with Edit PO option and mark as change order then add a new line to the PO

we do it all the time...as long as the PO is not closed....we have several POs with line that have different requirement dates...usually monthly\quarterly etc...the various receipts are matched to an Invoice. These POs are usually open for a full calendar year

as long as the PO is still open we can add change and edit ...

Tami, Can you please share the process/steps you follow to add a new line in the received/Invoiced PO?

I am able to do it after changing the status of the PO to "Change Order"  as suggested by Vanugopal. Is that the process you follow too?
