Unregister plugin CRM online

Hi,

I did register a plugin with the Plugin registration tool. The plugin did give an error so I did try to remove / unregister it wiith the registration tool. I still receive the error like the plugin is not removed.

How can I check the plugin actually is removed? Are there other steps I have to follow?

    Hi Marco,

    When you unregister the plugin through the Plugin registration tool, it is removed, to double check that you can close the tool, open again and load the registered plugin for your organizations.

    If you still receiving the errors that could only be caused by your plugin, it may have a delay on the CRM Online, this Is not expected and I recommend that you open a support case.

    You can also choose to go to the customization area.. and click customize system.

    Go to Plug-in Assemblies and open it.. do you see your plugin here? If no.. then its removed from the system. If yes.. then check it off and click delete. This will delete the steps as well..

    Dear Allan and Rune,

    Thanks for your help. It seemms that the plugin was registred under the tab "(Assembly) activityplugins" aswell.

    When I did remove that one the problem was solved.
