Hi community,
I am trying to reach out for LCS libraries from a D365 environment, but instead of opening those I receive following error messages:
Anyone faced that problem? Appreciate every hint!

Hi Paul,
First please check :
Checking to System Administration > Setup > System Parameters -> Help, is it already connected to LCS and already have the Authorization (by click the "Connect to LCS") ?

Hi Asif,
I checked the system parameters and noticed that I do have a Lifecycle Services help configuration but there aren't any records in the grid even though I am the system administrator.
Unfortunately the link couldn't help me. I tried it but without success.

Please check user access and LCS project role, and check the LCS BPM Project Libraries.
