Is there a way to change the return address and customer address format on the customer statements as the current
format will not fold and fit properly into double window envelopes.

Yes, but double envelopes are not standard.
Check out the statement I just posted for your other question. If that doesn't work for you, contact your reseller to modify to your needs.
