Error connecting Cash Drawer to MPOS

Hi Everyone,

We're trying to set up an OPOS Cash Drawer with our MPOS Application. The drawer however, is not working as intended and does not respond to triggers such as "Open Drawer".

We're getting the following error in Windows Event Viewer.

Cash Drawer is of "Tysso"

Unable to cast COM object of type 'Interop.OposCashDrawer.OPOSCashDrawerClass' to interface type 'Interop.OposCashDrawer.IOPOSCashDrawer'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{CCB94041-B81E-11D2-AB74-0040054C3719}' failed due to the following error:
