Dynamics 365 | Export data to excel | Error

Posted on by 105

Hello Guys ,

I've Dynamics 365 on premise

I've a  custom entity that has around 25000 rows and many columns (around 50 )

The problem is when I try to export the data in excel the export took a lot of time and raise error .

and when I split columns into two views(same 25000 rows for each)   the export took around 2 minutes per each.

so it seems  the problem in the number of columns.

so how can increase the number of columns allowed or how can I fix this.

Thanks

    Hi Ghaib,

Can you cross check if two columns in your view are having same display name? If so, you may need to rename one/remove one from the view and try again.

Given that you are on-premise could you create an SSRS report to generate the excel spreadsheet and bypass CRM?
