Installed Honeywell MS2400 Stratos - Warning 926: The scanner driver was not found. Do you wish to continue.

Installed on an HP rp5800 with Windows Embedded POSready 7 32bit. The Honeywell OPOS administrator is installed and configured. The correct OPOS names are set in RMS. Why is RMS showing this message and how do I fix it???

    Is the scanner scale serial, or usb?

    Does the scanner scale work from the MetroOPOS Admin program?

    You can also try installing OPOS CCO from curtis monroe.   I suggest version 1.8

    RMS uses version 1.5  

    DO not use any version after 1.11 with RMS.

    Serial.

    Already installed MetrOPOS Administrator and both scale and scanner work fine.

    Named the OPOS the correct name for both the scale and scanner inside Store Operations Manager.

    But when opening Store Operations POS I get:

    "Warning 926: The scanner driver was not found. Do you wish to continue?"

    Tried the OPOS CCO and it doesn't work.
