Has anyone faced this issue :
The hosted application "QsWebApplication" couldn't be created. Contact your administrator.
With a hosted control in CRM online and USD working the first time I connected, now it throws this error.

You must be seeing this in a big ugly designed box when you load the USD, Right ? If so, drag that box by click & holding on the bottom right corner, then you should be able to see full details of the error. If that is getting difficult to see, of course, you can see the USD Logs as well.
Most of the times, this error would occur if you are trying to attach any automation related dlls and the same aren't found in the required place for USD.
