Dynamics 365 Business Central External License to Essentials

I recently changed a user's license from External to a regular Business Central Essentials license, but it is not reflecting in the Business Central user's settings. I thought it would take time to change, but it has been over 24 hours. Has anyone else had this issue?

    Hi,

Just update list in Business Central Users page.

It will automatically get updated in business central.

In the Users Page you have to select Update users from Microsoft 365 to sync the changes. Its not automatic.
