Hi,
I struggle to find the exact menu item that is needed to approve project quotations. I have identified that the default privilege "Maintain project quotation details" gives this access, but I would like to know the exact menu item. Does anyone know?
Hi Gaute,
The menu item name is: PSAProjQuotationApprovalAccept. It is an action menu item.
Adding PSAProjQuotationApprovalAccept did not work. However, I think I searched for the wrong menu item, as the document is a sales quotation. Do you know what the menu item needed to approve sales quotations is called?
There is a difference between a sales and project quotation. ;)
For the standard sales quotation, the menu item is: RetailSalesQuotationLineWFApprApprove
RetailSalesQuotationLineWFApprApprove did not work either. What other type of menu items could it be?
Can you share some details about what process you are trying to grant access to?
Prerably with screenshots.
As you have confused project and sales quotations, I would like to know what exactly you are looking for when saying "Approval".
So please share details about what specific button/action that you want someone to have access to, to ensure we understand exactly what you are looking for.
Next to the questions from Nikolaj, can you elaborate on what you experience as "did not work"?
The reason why I was not sure about project/sales quotation is because both are refered to in the fields (see screenshots above)A user submits the quotation, and based on the workflow configuration it should be approved by his/her manager. However, the quotation never reach the manager as the workflow stops, indicating that the manager lack security permissions.
Have you check this thread, it might help you.

I added the default privilege "Maintain project quotation details" to one of the user's security roles, and resumed the workflow. This worked. However, the privilege contains a lot of menu items, and I still do not know which one is required to approve this workflow.
