Label problem

Hello, I have a problem with a custom report, in the print dialog and preview of the report, I get the code of the label but not the text of it, as I show in the image:

I have deleted the menuitem, I have returned it to create and nothing:

there is no way to show me the text I want, I have restarted service, cleaned cache, and the result is the same ... Any help?
