Hi expert,
In D365FO, is it possible to provide a spreadsheet to the customer and import the users? My question is if the spreadsheet contains the email, name, userId, etc, will D365FO create the users and integrate with AAD?

hello Yuji, Why do you not try- docs.microsoft.com/.../import-bulk-users. How are you trying to use Import by excel option?

This is possible with Power Automate or data management. There is a data entity for users available.
You can read about using the User with Power Automate on my blog: How to setup demo users in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations - Dynamicspedia. This is a different scenario, but it is using the entity for managing users (SystemUser).

Can you explain what exaclty you mean with "integrate with AAD"? Is import of users enough or do you expect more like creating users in AAD?

To do the user import from AD in PowerAutomate, it is just creating a SystemUser record?

Got answer to my question, the action to import user in F&O can be done in Power automate creating a SystemUser record.
