CRM 2015 issue loading Dashbaord Charts

Hello,

I have an issue with a CRM 2015 Dashboard Chart.

In my example i use a Pie Chart but this is the same for other chart types as well. I am able to drill down into different sections of the Chart as expected:

But when hitting the back or the home buttons, the chart fails to load any data and displays the loading circle continuously:

The only way around this is to reload the chart from the View.

Has anyone else come across this issue, or is there a known issue that may be resolved in a later release (we're using 2015 online and due to update to UR1 in the near future).

I have tried to use multiple system views and recreated both the views that drive the chart and the chart itself, but this issue appears to be indiscriminate.

Does anyone have any advice before I contact Microsoft?

Did you checked using F12 Developer Tools?

    Hi Carsten,

Yes I've checked, f12 returns nothing out of the ordinary.

    Hi David,

    please try with different browser,

    Hi Vinod,

Our users are only permitted to use Internet Explorer so even if this did work in another browser it wouldn't help us.

As it happens it doesn't work in either Chrome or Firefox. I have checked my IE settings and ran the site in compatibility mode also - we're running IE11 (so definitely compatible with CRM 2015).

To save time and future comments. I have tried the following:

    Different browsers

    compatibility mode

checked with out of box entity as appose to custom (same behaviour)

    recreated views/charts

    recreated Dashboard

checked on out of box dashboard

It does however only seem to affect Charts that have multiple views. If I have a default view on the chart don't allow users to change then it works almost immediately... potential bug??
