Assign button is not visible on the record details page?

Hello,

I have an issue with Assign button is not being visible on the record details page, but however it is visible on the records view page (which rule out the security role issue). I checked it using Ribbon workbench and all customization are remained unchanged. 

I tried all the ways to make it visible on record details page but nothing seem to be working out.

NOTE: The entity where this button is not visible is a custom entity. 

any thoughts why it is happening.

    Check that Assign button is hidden, You can check it in ribbon workbench.

    Check  your security role privilege as well.

    It should be controlled by security privilege or ribbon customisations, so checkout.

    Hi Sunny Kadali,

    I believe you are using ribbon workbench for ribbon customization. Can you please check on button where command is added on button and same time there should not be any hide action on ASSIGN ribbon button.

    Hello,

    In the ribbon workbench, did you check the section "Hide Action"? Maybe it is hidden. If this is the case, right click on the hide action > unhide.

    Can you share a screenshot please? This is strange if you have not customized the ribbon commands.
