Creating Two Companies Under One Tenant

Hello every,

We have encountered a scenario that doesn't have a straightforward solution. In this situation, we currently have a single instance for Dynamics CRM with one business unit and the same group of users. Now, we are looking to incorporate another company into this instance, where users will be engaged in activities related to both companies. Here are the key questions we need to address:

1. How can we establish and manage two separate companies within the same instance?
2. What steps can we take to enable users to work with and access both companies without any restrictions?
3. How can we distinguish and segregate records belonging to each company, including leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, quotes, and products?
4. What impact will this have on our integration with Business Central, given that we already have two companies set up in that system?

We are seeking guidance and solutions to effectively handle this complex situation.
