Hello everybody,

It's about the XRM toolbox (Ribbon Workbench 2016) and editing the ribbon via XML?
Which of the two is better and why?

I need advantages and disadvantages.

(I would like to present it to my company)

The biggest advantage of Ribbon Workbench (XRMTOOLBOX) is that it is easier to maintain, change or update as upgrades are added. If someone else takes on the task after you, they can easily update or edit. WIth XML editing, you would need someone with more experience and they would need to know XML a bit more. The XRMTOOLBOX is consistent as well where whomever knows XML can do it "their way" and it can be inconsistent if more than one person is working on the code.
