Sales Hub app not showing in Office.com portal

Hi everyone,

I already contacted the Power Apps support as well as the Microsoft 365 support. But at the moment nobody seems to be able to fix my issue.

I just did set up Dynamics Sales Enterprise. I do have access to Sales Hub but the app icon is not visible on the Office Portal.

Does anybody have a solution to this problem?

Sidenote: When setting up Dynamics Sales Enterprise, I had to create a new environment besides the default one. Also I had to select "Europe" instead of "Germany" which is my Standard region. Is this maybe an issue? Also when opening a support ticket within Power Platform Admin Center I can not select Dynamics 365 Sales as the product I need support for.

    Hi TD2022,

    You have access to Sales Hub but the app icon is not visible on the Office Portal because of new filtering rules for Office app list.

    For the above new policy, Microsoft provides the guidance in the Message center: “For Dynamics 365 apps and Power Apps app, if a user cannot find an app they are looking for will need to first launch it in the browser via its Uniform Resource Identifier(URL).”

    Hi Steve,

    thanks for your help. I was actually able to make the Sales Hub visible together with the other Power Apps by refreshing the apps through that link: make.preview.powerapps.com/RefreshApps
