Hi everyone,
I already contacted the Power Apps support as well as the Microsoft 365 support. But at the moment nobody seems to be able to fix my issue.
I just did set up Dynamics Sales Enterprise. I do have access to Sales Hub but the app icon is not visible on the Office Portal.
Does anybody have a solution to this problem?
Sidenote: When setting up Dynamics Sales Enterprise, I had to create a new environment besides the default one. Also I had to select "Europe" instead of "Germany" which is my Standard region. Is this maybe an issue? Also when opening a support ticket within Power Platform Admin Center I can not select Dynamics 365 Sales as the product I need support for.
