i need to recreate a posting journal in General Ledger for a whole batch so that I can print it again. Can anyone let me know how to do this?

There is no need to do that. All you need to do is a journal number inquiry and print the journal number. If you want all journal numbers in a batch you can use the GL cross reference to print them all out in one swoop.
