
I am sending an email which includes a link to a Customer Voice survey.
The survey asks 4 questions - each one, if answered "Yes", would result in a separate action.
At the moment, I can only figure out how to take action for 1 question with a positive answer.
If the 1st answer is negative, then I can go to the next question:
I can't figure out how to take action if more than one question is answered with "Yes".
Any guidance is much appreciated!
Hi,
The element added into an email cannot be used as a condition consecutively in a customer journey.
It is recommended to create several dynamic segments based on the responses from different contacts and set the segments as the audiences of several swim lanes in a customer journey. Each swim lane can be set with the separate actions.
