Having a horrible time getting the CRM app working with Windows 2013. I can connect inside or outside my organization to my CRM server via web browser. In IE federation services seem to be working fine as well. When I connect through an iPad I put the URL in and it jumps to a blank screen. On a Surface 2, again the browser works fine, but when connecting through the app I get an AuthHost prompt to the STS url where I can key in credentials but then it jumps to a message that says the operation failed because you're offline. I've dug through a bunch of KB articles including turning on tracing on both platforms, but nothing is jumping out at me. I'm assuming I have something wrong on the CRM server itself, but not sure where to look at this point. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same question (0)Hello, firstly I assuming that you are referring to CRM 2013 and not Windows 2013? :)
Have you tried connecting the Win8 or iPad apps to a CRM Online trial? If you can, this would eliminate the apps or devices as the cause of the problem and suggest that the problems lies somewhere within your deployment or network configuration.
Troubleshooting these via a forum is going to be tricky, and my advice would be to open a support request with Microsoft so that they can further investigate your specific deployment in detail.
