Dear

we have three legal entities on AX

we are using advanced bank account reconciliation, we are able to import the MT940 bank statement successfully one two of my companies but on the third i get an error asking me to check the AIF exception , and i don't find anything useful in the AIF,

the exact error is

An error occurred while importing data. Check the order of Inbound Transforms or refer AIF Exception Log for details

i think i need to enable something to be able to read a meaningful error in the service

Any idea what i can do i solve this issue ?

What did you find when you followed what the error message told you to do?

Try checking event logs and debugging the transformations (in Visual Studio) with the actual file you're trying to transform and import.

If nothing is logged there, I don't think you can do anything about it.

Consider following my recommendation documented above.
