how to allow rename on Record information for released products

Hi Ahmed,
Actually there is no restriction for renaming as I see. Item number field is disabled for edit by design. Please click "Rename" button then a pop up form appears which new item id can be entered on. Type new Item Id on pop up form and click OK.

Do you mean to say that a user with a normal security role is not able to rename the product? In that case, verify if this person has full access rights on the list page and/or details form. Usually, the list page is granted with view rights only; then try to rename from the released products details form.

but actually this screen shoot from My account (Admin account) so its normally to see this button so i need to allow same button for a normal user.

There are option to provide a duty with maintain or inquire rights. If the user has the duty assigned for maintaining released products, he/she can try to do the renaming from the released product details form. Standard duties usually don't have rights to maintain on list pages as this is for overview purposes. The detail forms usually has more permissions granted.
i already assigned the Duty (maintain release of product) to this user but he still can't see it.
This duty is by default not granting maintain rights on the released products form. Try to use e.g. the duty Maintain products for operations master.
You can use e.g. the security development tool to get more insights in details of duties.

Key rename is only available with admin.
You must create a custom role for this.

Caution: this allows a user to rename most table keys in the database and has only been tested with items that have few transactions.
