How to replicate D365 CRM Security/Permissions on data to Azure Storage when using Azure Data Factory

Hi *,

i am using the Dynamics 365 API with the Azure Data Factory to get the Data out of Dynamics 365 to an Azure Storage target (in this case its Data Lake Storage v2 but it could also be Azure SQL DB). This works fine! No issues and data within the selected entities is available in Azure.

Now my question: Within Dynamics 365 CRM the Users can only see the Data for their Accounts, Regions etc. This is, of course, heavily in use. And this also works, of course, when connecting to the Dynamics 365 API through the "end user". But when i use an administrative user, who has the permissions to see all the data, then i will be able to replicate all the available data out of Dynamics 365 to the Azure Storage.

But is there a way to "replicate also the permissions", so that i know or can anyhow check who is allowed to access which data?

best regards

Yavuz
