Unit Sequence Groups not working as expected.

Hi,

I have a requirement where the item is measured in eaches, cases, cartons, and pallets. I have defined a unit sequence group and assigned it to the item. I have also defined unit conversions.

In my location directives, I have defined rules for each unit of measure.

For example, if the work unit is a pallet or case, it should pick from the "reserve" location; if the work unit is cartons or eaches, it should pick from the "picking" location.

Now, when I create a sales order for 170 units, it should ideally create two pick lines: one for 1 IC and one for 10 eaches. However, the system is creating a single pick line with 170 eaches.

Please let me know what needs to be done to make this work.

Please note that I have tried "allow split" option on location directives and it was of no help.

I think you need to use Restrict by unit on the Location directive lines. For example on the PLT line, tick Restrict by unit, and then press the Restrict by unit button and add the PLT unit of measure here.
