Hi,

I have installed Dynamics 365 Warehouse App in a Zebra MC3200. App and its connectivity is right but it cannot read the bar codes, for example the work ids. In this case it uses a profile with DataWedge but my low experience with handheld devices does not allow me to know if this is a common problem in some models or I just need to configure this DataWedge profiles so the Warehouse App can take the keyboard strokes from the barcode reading.

Any experience in similar devices?

Problem solved. I had only to create a new DataWedge profile associated to the Warehouse App.
