Hi,
Since the update to BC version 23.5 our client has received problems with the Contact field on their Sales Orders, as it doesn't show the name of the contact. It instead shows the Company name where the contact is employed.
The Contact No. field on the Sales Order is correct, it takes the ID that is specified as the Contact Code on the Customer Card.
However the Contact field shows the Company Name instead of the Name of the contact.
This problem only appears in the clients Production environment, as the Sandbox environment functions as intended.
From what we can tell there are no ISV apps used for this purpose in the clients BC.
We also tried to update to BC version 24.1 to see if it could be resolved with an update
Is there something we are missing when we are troubleshootning the issue?
