Customer Voice USL

I am trying to understand D365 customer Voice. We have D365 Marketing subscription- which includes customer voice. I see two types of license in CV-

  1. Customer Voice Trial
  2. Customer Voice USL

What license should I get. I will be acting as Administrator, which means I should see all the projects of our internal users and able to share internally. 

Can someone guide me
