What is the best way to have payroll capability in Business Central for a customer with 30 employees.?

Looking for a in depth discussion on options available and merits/demerits of each option. I am sure this discussion will be useful for many more having similar question.

I have the same question (0)

The strength of add-ons and the amount of available localisations makes this an integration candidate. Purely done to the volume of updates in this area. Makes sense to have best of breed.

Can also depend on the level of detail needed in BC. Typically a journal with suffice.

Miracle pay has been the main one I’ve seen implemented but not for some years.

    Hi,

Standard business central has not Payroll functionality. Yes, there a lot of third party apps available. For scandanavian I have seen a lot of implementations for LESSOR payroll.

    For more info: www.activebs.com/.../lessor

Since Business Central (BC) doesn't have robust in-built payroll capabilities, it's good to go for a third-party payroll solution that integrates seamlessly with BC.

There are few solutions available in the market, but one that stands out is Sirius Payroll 365.

. Sirius Payroll 365 automates the process of sending encrypted payroll to employees. Additionally, it can also automate other payroll document namely P60 and P11D. Besides, they can also view reports regarding employee wages, pensions, statutory payments, and deductions.

In order to automate submissions and validate employee data, SiriusPayroll365 also connects to HMRC, helping organisations to comply with Real Time Information (RTI) standards. Customers also are comfortable that all of their employees' personal information is stored in Microsoft's Azure cloud, which has industry-leading security and compliance standards.

Sirius Payroll 365 comes at £1 per employee per month. So as your employee count increases, it can easily be setup in the payroll system.

You can get more information on SiriusPayroll365 here: SiriusPayroll365
