Dear Community,
I need your help. We have recently sent an email campaign ( thru customer journey) to one of our subscription lists.
But we received clients emails saying that the hyperlinks are not working and they show a very odd and weird "redirect" link (which I assume is the email button/link tracking link?)
How can it be possible that on our side and our email tests, the hyperlinks works perfectly, but many of our contacts receiving the email claim the opposite?
