How can items be inactivated in GP2010?

Hello Romryan
The "inactive items" is a new feature that was introduced in GP 2013. Prior to that, there is no proper inactivation process for the items except for the "Discontinued" item type which pretty much does part of the job.
For further details on this item type, you may need to check the help references which illustrates in details what's encountered when switching an item to this type. One important piece of information is that discontinued items can be adjusted from the adjustment entry window.
