Hi,

I am getting the below error after updating Rollup 14 in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. I could find the solution to uninstall Rollup 14 and restore database backup. Please let me know is there any other solution for this. what could be the reason for this error

Hi,

If I were you I would install the latest rollup for CRM 2011, because clearily the installing and uninstalling did not went too well. So try to install latest rollup for CRM 2011 (UR18) and check if the error persists.

hi,

I got the following error. Please help me to find solution. I uninstalled Rollup 14 and restored database backup it is working. I want to upgrade CRM 2011 to CRM 2013 for this minimum Rollup 14 is required

What error are you getting in the CRM Server logs? There should be one (or more) errors in the App log with a whole lot more detail about what's failing.
