Does Great Plains 2013 require Active Directory to run?

Hi,
No, it does not require Active Directory to run.
You can check the link below for the System Requirements for Dynamics GP 2013:

GP 2013 doesn't require active directory however Management Reporter does.
I don't believe FRx is supported with GP 2013 however I have heard it can be made to work. Make sure you take a look at your financial reporting needs.
