I noticed that we have lots of record (~250) in this table in the status Executing. As far as I know when alerts are being triggered they are inserted in this table and as soon as they are processed by the batch job they move to the EventInbox table.
Does anyone knows why they arent processed or in which cases this can happen? Alerts do work btw, however, I dont understand these old records.
My idea is to use a custom script to delete these records.
