Customize Insights Tab

Hi there,

I have a really simple question, but I couldn't find any information.

Is it possible to remove or hide areas from the insights tab? Let's say I want to keep "Overview" and "Submission" for the marketing form insights, but hide or remove "Visits".

When I open the marketing form form, I only see a section with the insights but there is absolutely nothing I can customize.

    Hi Thomas,

    Unfortunately, the items in the Insights tab cannot be customized.

    You can post your proposal in Ideas forum so that others can vote for it to drive it to be improved.

    Hi,

    As you can see in the following screenshot, the Insights form is a whole that cannot be split up and edited.

    It is also difficult to get a widget and choose to hide or show it through JS.

    I answered a similar question a few months ago when I also tried using JS.

    At least I have not succeeded in modifying it, nor have I found any successful cases.

    That's really unfortunate, we have a customer that has a strict compliance when it comes to personalized behavioral data.

    Some components of the insights tab are allowed, others are not. It is a shame that we have to remove all of it.
