Hi, I added an existing account entity to a new solution, and I added new fields instead of the existing fields. When I import data to the new account entity, it still shows the existing account entity with existing fields, any suggestion?

Did you create a new Entity (Account)?
If you add the Account entity to a solution and add fields to Account entity, means it is not a new entity. You are just customizing the same Account entity.
