Bin Quantities on SOP Blank Picking Ticket Order Entered

Has anyone added the On Hand Bin Quantities to the SOP Blank Picking Ticket Order Entered?  I want the form to print just as is with Item listed once followed by available Bins but want to display the On Hand Bin Quantities as well.  I've attempted but can't get it right. Thanks!
