Hi Everyone

I have invoiced an sales order but the credit adjustment note option disabled. Can someone please advise ?

    Is this something that only you see or do all of your colleagues see the same limitation/restriction?

    Hi Ludwig,no one can see this button. It is visible in another legal entity though. The sales order is via call center order and is invoiced but credit note button is disabled

    can you try to create the credit note with a new order?

    Hi,

    As you mentioned, in my opinion call centre order will not allow this.

    Can you check non call centre order?
