Excel Template doesn't show for users

Hello, 

We have created some Excel templates and some custom roles. The roles have the access to Document, but when I enable the roles on the templates, users cannot see them.

If I choose "Enable for everyone" it works, but If I choose "Enable only for the selected roles" it doesn't work. Users cannot se the templates. 

Do you have any idea please?

    Hi Hammal

    There are two possible reasons why this is not working.

    -The users doesn´t have the "all users base" web role assigned.

    -The users are using a different language than the one configured in the template.

    Could you take a look and share your findings please?

    The users are using the same language as the default one in the Template.

    What do you mean by all users base web role? Do you mean the security role? If so, yes they have it assigned.

    In this scenario this should be working, this is going to need further investigation, could you create a case for microsoft support please?
