Unable to publish extension to Sandbox Cloud / Unable to access Extensions Management Page

Just ran into a problem when I tried to publish an extension to my Sandbox environment on Cloud premises.
 
I was able to publish my extension using VS Code through the "AL: Publish with Debugging" command, but now I am unable to even upload the extension.

Additionally, when I try to open the Extensions Management Page on Business Central, I am met with the following error:

 
I am confident that my administrator has not altered any permissions for my account and I am also a super user. What could be the pr0blem?

    There are generally two possibilities:
    1. Your user permissions are insufficient
    2. Your environment is a trial environment and has expired.
