We have tested on scenario, like below
1. Created one email in Real-time journey and email body contains one link button.
2. Used this email in one of the Journey for sending emails to contact when contact title is updated (is the trigger point to Real-time Journey).
3. Created one more Journey in real time journey with trigger point is Email Link Clicked and next tile is some other actions performed(Like sending another email)
Issue:
a. When a contact title updated then contact received an email which is created on step 2.
b. Contact opens that received email and copy hyperlink URL from the link button and then try to browse URL in any browser(private window mode).
c. Here, we are browsing the URL, there is no Email Link Clicked trigger is happed. But even here, the Journey is captured the trigger event for Email Link Clicked.
Any things required to configure the real time journey for restricting browse direct URL without Email Link Clicked trigger.
Please help me on this.
