    Hi Safeer,

Free... You can learn a lot on MSDN and there are some whitepapers available on Microsoft Download which sometimes explains some coding. Also you can learn by reading blogs.

If you really want to excel, you can better attend classroom trainings or buy books. Also partners and customers may have access to (online) training material.

Microsoft Official Courseware is not free.

First of all, You should read the book name "Inside Dynamics AX 2012", otherwise you can try with Development cookbook

Ex: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Devel. Cookbook - M. Pocius (Packt, 2012) BBS, Extending Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Cookbook.

If you dont want pay for that, the only way is MSDN library and blog all around the world

I think it depends a bit on what skills you already have as a developer.  If you're already well versed in object oriented programming, say from vb.net, and you have strong SQL skills, then you're ready to grapple with much of what you need to learn for X++ and ERP development in general.  However, AX may not be the best environment for cutting your teeth if you have no SQL skills or OOP experience at all, as it's quite deep and complex.

I strongly recommend to read blogs - read more! All AX MVP blogs are precious resources for learning. Subscribe to YouTube channels. Also, check Microsoft learning portal and MSDN site. Refer to the books as previous members mentioned.
