Safepay voided checks missing

After upgrading to GP 2015 there are times when voided checks do not appear on the Safepay report. This never happened prior to the upgrade and when I examine the CM20200 and look at other voided checks that do appear everything looks the same with the exception of the dates. The VOIDPDATE is after the VOIDDATE for the voided checks that do not appear. Any suggestions?

    Just take one of the ones that is not appearing and change the VOIDPDATE to match the VOIDDATE and try to recreate the safe pay file and report to see if this is the issue. If it turns out to be the case, then you need to open a support case and report the issue as a bug.

    It appears it is the choice of dates that is the issue. When you void a check there are two dates. Void date and posting date. When you when run Safe Pay it is using the void date. So in this case they had changed only the posting date and not the void date. The void date was left to be the original check date. When I changed the CM20200.VOIDDATE to match the CM20200.VOIDPDATE then the voided checked appeared on the report.
