Portal doesn't open with ne URL

Hi,

we had changed the URL of our portal. Certificate is okay. But when I try to open the Portal with the ne URL. The pages is not reachable. The portal still opens with the old .microsoftcrmportals.com URL. In the Portal-App the URL for the website is already changed to the new one. Do I have to change something else? The Basisportal is the one, we want to use. The other is not used.

Here are my settings:

Are we talking of a custom domain url?

My recommendation is to validate that all of this step have been completed.

docs.microsoft.com/.../add-custom-domain

If the issue is still happening, you can check with your domain provider to check if the cname is correctly pointing to the original url of your portal.

If we are talking about just changing the url of the poral, new.microsoftcrmportals.com, this change can take up to 24 hrs to populate.
