Create a sales quotation from a Customer.

Hi,

I would like to create a sales quotation from a customer.

I can do this with my administrator account but users can't and I can't find how to add this button.

I can't find out wich role or privilege it is refer to.

    Hi Marius15,
    Check if you have the menu item SalesCreateQuotation with permissions in your role. It is part of the Maintain sales quotation details privilege.

    Can you check that your user has one of the following roles/duties/privileges assigned

    Object type Label
    Role Project manager
    Role Retail service
    Role Retail store manager
    Role Sales clerk
    Role Sales manager
    Role Sales representative
    Duty Maintain project quotation
    Duty Maintain quotation
    Duty Inquire into quotation progress
    Privilege Maintain project quotation details
    Privilege View project quotation details
    Privilege Maintain sales quotation details
    Privilege View sales quotation details
