How to export files stored as attachments on notes in Dynamics 365

My client has uploaded quotes as a file attached to notes related to client accounts. Where do these get stored? In Azure somewhere? Or in SharePoint, or does that require special configuration. I now need to put these quotes into another system. I don't want to have to navigate to each client accounts related note, click on the file to download to my PC and then upload to the new system. How do I bulk export these documents, please?

Hi Ruth,

Thanks for helping me get this answered by moving it to the right place. I haven’t received any answers yet and I need to know what my options are this week – please can you help me get this escalated? What is the best way to get support for Dynamics 365? Is there a team of support engineers in addition to the community, like with SugarCRM?
