The vendor is created and data is updated on a vendor account with no problem even message pop up on the screen. This message does not show on each vendor account. Wondering why and how to get rid of the message? Thanks

You are correct Rick. As soon as I upgraded the db, the message now shows as descripted above. Thank you for your help!

That is a valid message ID and message (Warning - TIN and TIN Name are required and the TIN Incorrect Notice field must be set to none in order for backup withholding not to be required for 1099 vendors). If you are getting this then I suspect you updated to a newer version of Dynamics SL, ran the database maintenance process to upgrade your database to that version but did not go to Administration / Database Update and update the messages.
